Helping you create more compelling content
If you need help with words, you’re in the right place.
Because that’s what we do here. Words. And lots of them. Including articles, website posts and pages, reports, books, manuals, scripts, brochures, press releases, newsletters, sales letters and e-courses.
And it’s not just any old content either. We believe in good content. Good content attracts, converts and ultimately engages readers, whether they’re reading a website or a brochure.
We work in two ways:
1. You can hire us to create good content for you
Not everybody can write. Not everybody wants to write. Not everybody has the time to write. That’s why we’ve made words our business. Sometimes you just need a little help to get things done. We can help you:
- Write or rewrite the copy for your website
- Write the article(s) you don’t have time to finish
- Take that newsletter off your hands
- Complete that daunting manual or report
With over 18 years of writing experience and an ongoing commitment to quality, The Good Content Company is focused on generating brilliant content for print and web projects. Big. Or small.
We’ve worked with content publishers and some of the biggest companies in the world. And we’ve also helped one-man (and one-woman) small businesses clarify their ideas and get their messages heard.
“We are very pleased with the end result, so many thanks for your hard work on the copywriting.”
Samantha Cheeseman, HTC
2. We can show you how to create better content, faster
Creating content isn’t always easy. What should you write about? What’s the most effective article format you can use? How do you optimise your articles for search engines?
If you’d like to improve your own writing or blogging skills, our blog has articles covering market research, idea generation, writing for the web, proofreading and content strategy. Check out what people have been reading in the ‘Popular Articles’ list on the right.
Founded by veteran journalist, editor and writer Dean Evans, The Good Content Company believes that content shouldn’t be an afterthought. In fact, it’s the cornerstone of any marketing strategy, both online and off.
Dean got his first article published way back in 1992 and since then he’s written for magazines and websites covering everything from video games and computing to mobile phones and film.
He lives in the UK with his wife, two children and a work-in-progress novel about wizards.
Dean is also the author of The Good Content Code, a 114-page book about writing for the web that shows you how to create content that projects authority, builds trust and ultimately drives traffic.
If content is the new marketing, then good content is even more powerful. Good content can make you stand out from the crowd.
